Hi folks,
I've downsized recently and found one of the issues are my programmes and magazines. Too heavy for the loft.

I have probably 500 programmes (mostly home) and all copies of When Saturday Comes, a few oldies from 50's, 60's etc. I am thinking of taking for recycling.

Question is, is it worth posting on eBay or somewhere else ? are job lots worth anything other than time and hassle ?

Cheers

I am still considering getting rid of mine for the same reason, they are just taking up too much space. I don't think programmes are worth very much at all unless you start going back about sixty years.

I've always collected programmes, and I buy and sell on e-bay. I must have over 50,000. Storage isn't a problem because I had rows and rows of shelving installed in the upstairs part of my garage.

You're right about the value of programmes, Tony. 40s and 50s programmes can fetch a decent price, and 60s and 70s to a lesser extent. Anything after 1980 is virtually worthless.
