Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, i bought a season ticket via direct debit, had payments come out the bank etc... yet on this new ticket site, its now showing any purchase history and that i havent bought one. The old ticketing system showed that id bought it and obviously the money has come out... also anyone any idea of when they send the tickets out? season starting very soon. Ive emailed the ticket office and got the reply of " oh we dont know whats happened, weve emailed ticketmaster"...

There is no purchase history showing but you should be able to see it if you login to the old ticketing site

I just wish the club would produce a website that’s easy to follow and allow you to actually find the information you require. I’m used to stumbling through other websites but I have to say the BFC one is bloody awful.

Yeah it does show on the former website for tickets. Bloody nightmare it is, wouldnt let me buy additional tickets last week either due to not showing im a season ticket holder. madness
