Same allocation as last time although we might have taken a further allocation, but definitely the same allocation to start with

Or
Split tickets gets it down to £60.73.
Ticket for the game £32.
Pie and pint and assorted train snacks gets me in at the same price!

Same, there is an option to look at seat map, and you can change it to more than 1 ticket then, but not working for me.

Not a fan of this new system.. I can't see an option to use the ticket exchange credit balance for a person you are purchasing a ticket for. It only allows you to use your own, which is no good!

figured it out now - click select seats from map - doesnt work, but you can add more than 1 ticket, then click the ticket box and it selects seats for you

email confirmation doesnt say whether they will be posted or not, also shows my loyalty number against the people i bought for (names changed though). No loyalty points added. Naff.

Shambles last week yet no explanation or apology offered from the club. I, somewhat naively, thought it might work this morning.

theyve added a new block on my screen and the initial homepage it took me too was much more intuitive that the first time i tried. still cant select seats though

Managed to purchase three tickets but couldn’t select from the map, as was the case for most people.
When I received confirmation of my purchase it said my tickets would be posted to the below address…. This was my old address from 4 years ago even tho the club have my current address on the system.
Spoke to the ticket office and apparently peoples details haven’t all transferred to ticketmaster.
Worth people checking when purchasing.

I found no problems at all, ordered two on auto select it give me two and asked me to assign them to my friends and family type thing I ticked the members name who has the point's done,
One thing I was confused with was at no point did it adk me a delivery option like Pick up, QR code or delivery option it just said they'll be delivered to my preferred address, I would of rather have the QR Code

Paper ticket only I believe. At the end of the purchasing process it confirms that the tickets will be posted.
Like you, I had no problems following the purchasing process.

I’m not going as on holiday, but was interested if the site was working better than last week.
Did a dummy booking for 3 adults, assigned to friends and family and no issue at all.

It now won't let me choose any in any way and says there are no seats available matching my criteria.
As for QR codes, they are paper tickets for this game.

Won't let me select seats but auto assigns and lets me checkout no problem.
Seems you can't select seats anymore unlike i'm being blind/thick. You just press search again and it reassigns you a random seat.

So it sounds like you can do it easily if you auto pick, but struggle if you try to pick your seats.
I hope they haven't stopped the 'picking your seat' feature for away games. This is probably the best thing the owners have done since coming in.
