I want my tenner back, had to pirate it in the end, decent stream fortunately.

Also, they've announced that every game will be 10 quid. We're the only team in the division, bar Leeds (as it stands now), that aren't offering a fair priced season pass. 460 quid to watch the league games! Proper peeved off.

I'm in the process of trying to reclaim the refund but this is proving harder than I expected. They are saying I had access. But there was no link on site, only for audio.

Probably includes VAT too despite it being only for foreigners. The whole stream setup is a joke anyway, cuts off the half time discussion (although a few on here will prefer that over Phil Bird, especially if Alistair Campbell is spending half time discussing Brexit) and then runs adverts about calling a UK number for installing a smart meter or trading my car in for 15 minutes despite none of these adverts being relevant to anyone outside the UK. I assume the cheaper audio commentary will just be the audio of those adverts.

Definitely not worth the 460 quid and this time around there is no broadcast partner for SE Asia, even if there was, the number of games available for international broadcast for the whole football league is pitiful.

As a comparison, a legal PL subscription for every single game including at least 1 at any one time in 4k costs £15 a month and that's considered very expensive compared to Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines etc.

Hopefully the vpn will work then but it hasn’t been as effective when I have used it recently. Either that or the stream will be made available

Same here. I asked for the tenner to be moved to the Cardiff game as I am not in the UK. Still chasing them

On the firestick I can watch almost every game in the EFL, the Burnley v Cardiff option is just a black screen.

That's for every game - a season ticket (for half of them) would be at least than in most stands

Bizarre scenario today. We paid for it as on holiday. No link provided etc. Then my 12 year old managed to get it on his phone by clicking "play video" he doesn't even have an account

That sucks , definitely email them for a refund.

The wording on that webpage is really poor, gives the impression that it is video they are offering

I had been chasing for a week to have my tenner transferred to the Cardiff game. Someone called K Bron just doesn't seem to understand and I watched the Cardiff game on an unofficial stream, like I did for Luton. Hope that I now get the Sunderland match for free. Whatever the outcome I think that I will not bother buying match access in future and stick to unofficial streams. Customer care for the streaming service is absolutely hopeless.

Two weeks after the Luton game the guy came back to say that I am not eligible for a refund. As I live overseas potentially I could buy a pass for all matches. I answered back saying that I will watch on other streams thank you very much.

I thought they confirmed no season pass this season? I could not find the option to purchase video, only audio. Cannot be a rights issue since as I mentioned above , there is no EFL broadcast partner in Singapore this year .

I meant a pass for each match singly not a season pass

I was entitled in Spain, paid, no VPN blocking and there wasn't even a link to video after I'd bought it.

I’m in Tenerife this week and just looked up the ‘match package’ thing on the official site. I assumed as I’m in Spain that I’d be able to access it - but it only shows Luton v Burnley on there. I note underneath the header it says Sunderland v Burnley so I’m assuming it’s an error by the club (what’s new!) - but reading above it seems very flaky as to whether the stream will have that work after purchase.

Would it be more sensible to maybe buy Sunderland’s own version off their site?
