Online account advice needed

This is a boring post so skip along by all means but just in case anyone can help. Here's the situation. I have an online account with my husband's season ticket registered to it. I manage both season tickets as my husband is registered blind. My season ticket is linked to my husband's under the network facility giving me permission to manage his tickets. I have set up another online account under another email address to put my season ticket onto as I have no idea how to access my season ticket. I always used one email for both. The new account has given me a new clarets number and I can't see how I get my existing season ticket onto the account. I'm so frustrated having spent ages trying to sort it out. That on top of my husband's season ticket being printed in my name. This means a reprint on Saturday
I can ask on Saturday but just wondered if anyone can advise.
Oh and I tried to put hubby's Rovers ticket on the exchange as we're on holiday but that failed too. Nothing seems to work.
