At least the adult ticket price has come down but the concessions are ridiculous. Still, I think it’d be slightly hypocritical if we were to complain.

Other than the u18s - our concession prices are just as bad for the Blackburn game and we are a club who have hit home concessions horrendously with season ticket increases. It's sadly how it seems to be going.

Do we think they will be on sale to season ticket holders with x amount of points on Monday?

It's just that Platinum members get first dibs and their window is not open yet.

They don't announce that date, presumably the platinum members are contacted directly.

Nothing really to confirm, they can get the tickets before any season ticket holders but, like last season, they are not referenced on the sale dates.

I am not a platinum member but as far as i am aware they purchase their tickets in the same way on the site.

I looked at the process for the Luton and Sunderland games.

Tickets for Platinum members go on sale on the Friday prior to the first season ticket holder release on the Monday.

For the Luton and Sunderland matches, they were available to purchase for platinum members on the site.
I tried to log in at the time but it wouldn't let me as it said i was not a member.

There's no option to purchase today for members.

No, not on sale. When I queried this for Sunderland I was told they can go on sale at the same time because a number of tickets are ring fenced. I don't believe that - if there are 2000 tickets and 500 ST holders with 2000 points then it can't be a problem, but that's not what I paid for. For Luton, there was a priority period and we got a nice email. Again when discussing this with the ticketing people, they blamed the comms people who do the emails. Would be nice if the process was consistent and clear prior to Blackburn for example.

What I was saying is that when, and if, they announce the ticket details on the club's website, they never include the platinum member window.

How many platinum members are there? If we drew someone small in the cup and only got a few hundred tickets, is it possible all tickets could go to platinum members?

I have now, it just kept telling me that the plan wouldn't load, and then it did.

Got mine, but it was a very slow process through the app. Cash came out of my bank while it was saying processing payment untill it timed out after 5 minutes. Had the confirmation email from club, so all sorted luckily.

5 tickets bought nice and smoothly.

Looks like they’ve acted on feedback.

I've got mine, but there didn't seem to be an option for using my credit points following the sale of my shares. I had to pay by debit card.
Any advice ( for future reference )?

ended up with 6 of us together and 1 lad on his own about 5 rows away but we got there

Now it won't load the seating plan and is giving the message - Unable to load seat map. I've reported this to the TO.

That's what I was getting at 10 when I first tried to buy

8 bought, in 2 transactions, why they let you add 9 in the basket but limit it to 6... morons.

Seat selection working but crashed a few times.

Loyalty points not added.

Tickets bought smoothly , but after payment complete said tickets are being sent to my three year old address, like the season ticket card.
Rang the ticket office and same done to my Sunderland tickets , so beware, I thought the address problem was just with the season ticket cards

It's been 6 for quite a while (they briefly changed it to 4 but I think that was a mistake as they changed it back to 6 fairly soon after).

I have managed to purchase my tickets. For some bizarre reason it was saying the event is not available for me on the ticket app , even though i have more than 2000 points.

Called the ticket office and surprisingly i was answered within 1 minute and everything was purchased on the phone call.

I would like to thank the club for actually having someone in the ticket office working.

At least I know now for next time! Never usually have to buy more than 4/5

Looks like sales have been good today. If all were made available today, it looks as if 2/3 of the initial allocation have been sold according to the seat map.

I assume nobody who purchased online has had loyalty points added yet? (Luton too)

No. Initial allocation has some tickets remaining and there is potential for further 800/900.
