Absolute nonsense selling one of our top players let's hope we have a 25% sell on and a £20m fee .I feel similar to I did years ago when Ralph Coates left , let down by our board.

Got to be careful we don't sell too many players, regardless of the fees involved, otherwise it won't matter in 2-3 seasons as all the money will be gone anyway.

You cant blame them for this one, hes a premier league player that's been offered a chance to play for one of the biggest clubs in the country on mega wages.

Very much only shades, Ralph had been one of our best players for a number of years. I'm in a WhatsApp group with some friends from Spurs and the group is called 'Ralph Coates'. The difference for me is that Ralph and Kieran were part of the club while Wilson was just passing through.

Bad move for him ( needed at least a season in Championship) and bad sale for us as price would have increased dramatically this year. Remember he is only 20ish. Price is immaterial right now What a kick in the groin for Parker and the fans

That’s as upsetting as anything I’ve heard regarding player sales. I had Wilson down as our player with the highest ceiling. That lad can go to the very very top. I guess it appears spurs also realised this and gave us enough money that we had to sell. Still gutted about it - I do think he could easily be worth £100m in 2 years but it’s a gamble we can’t take/afford if we’re getting near £30m now in the championship I suppose.
