Anyone else having problems getting in today?

My dad season ticket came in my name, he phoned up the tickets office to inform them last week.. Got assirwe don't worry, we will sort next week when we are less busy, you ticket it will DEFINATELY work today,


Low and behold, he comes to use it today and it is void at the turnstile. He has to go to the ticket office, massive queue and he will be lucky to be on by half time.

Mate transferred his season ticket to me via the bfc app to use for my daughter as he was on holiday. Qr code came through - didn’t work at the turnstile - was directed to the ticket office by the operator but I had a moan about the queue and missing the match etc. Got lucky - a Security superviser came over to the turnstile to see what was up and looked at my phone and told the operator to let us in. Fortunately mine worked fine, but I had decided beforehand that if it didn't work I'd be standing my ground and refusing to go to the ticket office, looks like it would have worked.
