I bought two tickets for the Blackburn game for my sister in law and my niece and need to get them over to them. What happens with digital tickets after purchase? Will they send a barcode nearer the time? I’ve tried to download them but it says they aren’t available for download.

Was wondering the same thing

I had a confirmation email but there’s no barcodes there like they used to be. They are showing in my account but no barcode or QR attached.

They should send another email nearer the game. Thats what happened for yesterday anyway. Had to download it to Google wallet.

Just rang the ticket office and they said QR code tickets ect are released 7 days before ko

Me to @ 13:41 I must of woke someone up at the ticket office when I rang just after dinner

I received an email today by way of receipt for payment for a ticket
for the Roverrrrrrs game - despite paying on 17th July.

Lower down the email were 2 icons, one for iphones and one for android 'phones.
Clicked on the Android icon, was asked how to open it, chose my favoured browser, Firefox and it posted a QR code to my wallet.

Asked at the ticket office if that would negate my mate downloading it to his wallet and was advised that it didn't.

Onwards and upwards with a following wind.

I tried to use my season ticket on the app on Saturday, needless to say it didn’t work! Had to use my season card.
