Dear Mr. Pace

Post by Kitch1966 » Sat Aug 24, 2024 5:48 pm

Dear Alan,
Without sounding cheeky would it be possible for you to reimburse the hard earned money that I spent following my beloved football club at Sunderland today. We all went today and certainly didn't expect the dross that was served today.
If I was going to a concert and the lead guitarist, bass guitarist and drummer from my favourite band was replaced for the gig, firstly it would have been cancelled and secondly I would get a refund. Where are all the players?
Get it sorted Pace. Oh and by the way maybe you could let the people that pay good money to watch should know what is going on regarding illness (😄), in comings and outgoings. Its like the Secret Service these days.........very poor.

I get what you’re trying to say here but the analogy doesn’t work because this ‘band’ has musicians in it that may or not be included in the gig but are still part of the ‘band’ so that argument is moot.

But I have to agree with the game, most disappointing, but early days and this should send a warning to the board at least.

I’d be quite happy with Wayne Newton, Danke Schoen.

To be fair, they'd probably enjoy the Big-Mac and Dr Pepper.

Given one of the tenets of Mr Pace's religion, I agree, but even so ...
