Blackburn ticket question
Blackburn ticket question
I'm a season ticket holder and bought a ticket for a friend. I got a QR code on my phone which I have forwarded to him and I presume he scans it at the turnstile. Will I get a paper ticket too? I asked at the Ticket Office last week but the woman didn't seem to know.

Re: Blackburn ticket question
That's hardly surprising. I went in on Friday and the staff there told us none of them were ticket office staff but had been drafted in to help.
Once you've got the QR code, I assume there won't be a printed back up.

Re: Blackburn ticket question
You assumed right. It's the same at festivals/concerts.

Re: Blackburn ticket question
I bought a ticket a few weeks back for a friend of mine from the ticket office, they told me that I'd receive email confirmation of it. I eventually got it (last week) with a barcode, but I preferred a printed version, so seeing as I had to go the ticket office last week to sort out my wrongly delivered season ticket, I asked them to print me a paper version out. They did that no problem. I checked the email ticket they sent me and the barcode has since become unavailable.
At least it got sorted.
Personally,, I've always found the staff at the ticket office very accommodating and helpful but I don't know why they chose to use ticketmaster. Only my opinion.
