Rebecca Welch hangs up her whistle

Rebecca Welch refereed the Fulham v Burnley game last season. It was her first Premier League game and she refereed one more in the PL between Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest and she got her first PL red card with the dismissal of Philip Billing.
That's the end of her time in the PL or any level - she's retired at 40 to take up a management position with PGMOL.

I know referees whistles are attached to a lanyard which would make hanging one up practical if it was used regularly, but if she isn't going to use it ever again I suspect she may store it in a drawer, or if she's not the sentimental type just dispose of it.
