It’s going to be fraught and tensions already running high will be stretched to their very limits.
We need to look after each other and our combined mental health today so let’s have your tips for making sure your personal window retains a clear and healthy perspective.
Here’s a couple to start with
1) Only check the transfer rumours thread every 10 minutes as opposed to 10 seconds
2) If you find yourself angered by a fellow Clarets a#£&ing ridiculous spoutage give yourself a personal 5minutes pot noodle time. However be careful not to overdose on those tasty blighters
3) Remember not every rumour is “nailed” on and “fact” Some people will try and convince you that Earth is round.
Let’s have some more of your survival tips to help out your Claret Family. Speaking of families, Are the Warburton’s in bread?

Hahaha love it.
I think today will be a success if we hold onto Koleosho, Brownhill and Steeeeve.
It would be a nice bonus if we can pick up Whittaker (although not sure if that will still be a priority with Foster likely to stay) or the lad from Lyon.
I wonder if there are any surprises in the pipeline.

Don't hang on to every word from people like Nixon Sacha and Pater O'Rourke.
If we do sign or sell someone the club will announce it

Go for a long walk and switch off your phone.
Adjust your ‘friends and foes’ list so that people who you disagree with can be ignored for 24 hours at least.
Go shopping with the Mrs and worry about her spending your own money instead of Alan Pace spending Burnley’s.
Good luck and try to keep positive if possible. I’m still traumatised from my day out in Sunderland so I know it ain’t easy.

Don't watch Sky deadline day hoping for news as they only talk about the top teams anyway and these teams sign the same player at least a dozen times during the day.

Deep breaths. Play sounds of the ocean lapping against the shore on YouTube. Happy place happy place.
Remember, we're all on the same team here. If you find yourself typing out a post which is abusive/insulting to someone else, take 5-10 before posting, go for a walk (it's meant to be a nice day), pop the kettle on, then come back to it and see if you still want to post it.

Just a quick welfare check, everyone ok?
Over halfway through now, keep it going. Remember regular water, get up every five minutes or so and stretch your legs and don’t forget to go and take a pee.

Do a 20 minute sealed key fob exterior body change
Take 2 hours
When it opens and shuts the car doors and turns over the engine but the car won’t start
Walk round the house and the garden blaming every one and everything else
with particular reference to the Chinese and the bloke that did the demonstration video on how to do it
Then realise there’s an immobiliser chip sneakily hidden in the old key fob
Spend the rest of the next hour taking the new key fob back apart and inserting the chip in
Car starts
Normally waste of 3 hours on a Sunny day
Today 3 hours closer to 11pm
