Preston got just short of 1500 tickets for their game so I presume we will get the same.

I'm a platinum member and have purchased tickets today.
It appears we get lumped in with the 1st Season Ticket group where there are plenty of tickets (Leeds, Sunderland), but get earlier access where tickets are limited (Luton, Oxford) ??

They do Leisure, littlemiss assumes correctly, rightly or wrongly platinum members have access this weekend before the 1st priority group.

I have 1980 pts but have two friends in my network with over 2000 who I said I’d buy for as they work. However it won’t let me do so ..I assume because I, the person applying, have to have the 2000.

Do you have a season ticket? I had the same issue. Had to log in via my friends account and it went through. I was having issues this morning where Ticketmaster thought i was a bot as i had refreshed a couple of times so i had to tether off my phone as it blocked the IP/Wifi address.

I'm not going to Oxford but, for future reference, is it letting you use your credit, following the sale of shares, to buy your tickets?

Saw with my own eyes my friend with 2100 points and with soneone with 2050 points in his network fail to complete his purchase after getting two tickets in his basket. The system steadfastly refused to assign the second ticket to the 2050 point person saying that they were not eligible to have it assigned to them. Inexplicable and beyond frustrating.

We were able to use our credit last season.
If we can no longer use the credit to buy tickets ( including season tickets ) how on earth am I going to spend it?
The club need to sort this out.

I contacted the club about the teamcard credit issue a while back and the only way to use the points/money for ticket purchases is to have the Ticket Office transfer the balance over the the "OnAccount" element of your ticket account.lakedistrictclaret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2024 11:27 amWe were able to use our credit last season.

Also no option that I can see to choose what address the tickets are posted to (although it does tell you the address after checkout).

Good to see everything is still straightforward and user friendly on the ticketing site. 
Perhaps our Director of supporter experience might take a look at it after he has finished working with the external consultants who are carrying out a root and branch investigation on why the food and drinks bars keep running out of milk on matchdays?

Yep, on season tickets. Strange one really as at the beginning of the season had 1990 points. Having got Luton tickets (and subsequently Leeds) it’s now showing 2030 points but wouldn’t let me buy tickets saying not eligible. Rang the ticket office and bought 2 without issue late this morning.
Just had another look tho out of interest and if I wanted them, it’s now letting me buy them……………….strange but alls well as they say.
Appreciate the earlier prompt/help tho.

I've had a couple of orders when the email didn't come through. If you go into your Account History, select the transaction and at the bottom there's a 'Resend Email' button. That's worked both times for me.
