He’s going to be the most fouled player in the Championship.

Great news. No option or obligation to buy?

I thought it would be a good while before we were short of wide players again.

It shows what a mad few days/weeks it's been.

Will he count as home grown, given he moved to England when he was 7?

Just a couple of strikers now and I'll be fairly happy :D

Nothing to do with how long he's lived in England - to be home grown, a player has to have been with a club in England or Wales for three years up to the age of 21 which he has, so yes homegrown.

Who knows? They don't announce players when we sign them. We didn't announced Hannibal until Wednesday but he needed to have signed on the day before to play at Wolves.

It’ll be to do with announcement video preparation I’d imagine…. Can’t think of any other reason….

I’d say the priority was signing him in the first place… but I get your point, it is information we’d all like at this moment in time.

I may be on my own, but I don't even look at announcement videos and haven't since the first time I saw one.

I saw him play for Ecuador in one of the Copa America games and he was superb. I didn't know who he was and saw he played for Brighton. Ipswich fans said he couldn't often put it together for 90 mins but was superb off the bench. He has enormous talent this lad, let's hope we see it.

I think the club do a really good job of them, but I fully understand that people want to see communications between club and fans improve in other areas.

What a cameo today from this young lad.

A great goal, dangerous wing play and crossing and I loved it at the end when he went up for the ball, practically landed on his head and bounced straight back up trying to win it back.

Superb.

He's really good off the ball. Made a few good tackles. He's a little scrapper, not just a luxury flair player

He was a joy to watch. Bit like Fofana - knows where the goal is, on arrival. Then we coach him to pass it and stand somewhere else! (Let's hope that has ended)

No option as he’s very highly rated by Brighton and they are reluctant to sell. Doesn’t mean something can’t be negotiated at the end of the season as we did with Bayer.
