Rubbish, but at least he wasn't biased.
And I'd much rather have a ref who's poor than one who's biased.
I couldn't understand Sky making a point of Leeds nor getting an advantage, when we never got one when Flemming was hauled back first half

I had no argument with any of his cards but he did give some strange decisions both ways.
He seemed desperate to play advantage over and beyond when it was correct.

Referee certainly wasn’t biased and not a homer
Thought he had a decent game from watching on TV of course

Why was Worrall booked? If for handball it wasnt deliberate as far as i could see as he was falling to the ground after crashing into his own player

A bit of a weird one as he got most of the big stuff right, their penalty shout for example, but he was very inconsistent and card happy. Hey, gotta keep those card counts high though for the bonus points!

The main stand at Elland Road made most of his decisions for him. He was their biggest threat.

2nd biggest cheer of the day was when we finally got a decision our way in the 2nd half.

The booking of Anthony stood out for me. He body checked their player but there was little he could do as his momentum just carried him into him. Certainly nothing malicious in it. Free kick..and we were about to play on when he decided to belatedly respond to the Leeds fans calls for a card. Absolutely ridiculous. The Worrall one too. Zero common sense. Whenever the ball was over that side of the ground The Jack Charlton Stand refereed the game.

A. Decision Making (including use of advantage) - 9 use of advantage was very poor for me.
B. Consistency - 12 thought he gave some very soft free kicks to Leeds and it wasn’t replicated when we wanted the same.
C. Fitness and Positioning - 20
D. Control and Authority - 13

I thought he was excellent. It was a difficult game but he got most decisions right, including the yellows and red (yellows can be for persistent fouling, not just one incident). There were some odd advantages when a free kick would have been more beneficial - notably for Leeds.
His assistants were good too, especially with offside which we employed a lot.

I thought he reffed the game quite well. It felt like a fairly intense game esp when either team attacked but he got the big decsions correct and didn’t cower into giving hannibal a second bookinb or late on into not giving us free kicks. He made a few mistakes (couple of advantages to leeds stood out, and the one thing that really irked me was stoppage time at the end of both halves. Time was up way before the corner first half and second half it was the minimum of 8, which there should have been an extra 30 seconds on to, but he played well beyond 99.

Probably the biggest game of the ref’s career so far and he did pretty well. The penalty could have gone either way but the lad stepped late across in front of Worrall’s tackling leg and I think by sheer luck Worrall missed the leg and touched the ball.
What a joy though not to be panicking about VAR for 30 seconds afterwards which would have killed the moment and probably incorrectly ruined the game? We have to remind ourselves what a pleasure it is not to have it.

Not sure about the first half, without reviewing it, but he was certainly very fair to us in the 2nd half. It's a minimum of 8 minutes, and apart from some "non too subtle" time wasting from us in that period, we made a substitution, and there was the red card incident,, so we were looking at a minimum of an additional 60 seconds, and (correctly imo) a bit more. No complaints from me in the second half.

No idea why he allowed Leeds to take that corner at the end of the first half but it seems to be the norm now to allow corners, free kicks etc. long after we've reached the time.
I'd no issues with the almost ten minutes he played at the end. Our two substitutions in stoppage time took up almost a minute.
