Certainly appears to get the Club and Burnley. Imagine just like his home background in many ways. Imagine his biggest problem will be getting used to the accent up North. He thinks it's Burnley but it is Burnely, Burnely, Burnely!!!!!

I don't usually listen to our managers' interviews but I am doing with SP.

Every word he said was true and, above all, meaningful. No blah, blah, no BS. He knows what he wants, he knows where he's going. He doesn't use the cliché "roadmap" but he's got a plan.

He has got Burnley almost from the word go. I think his time at Newcastle is serving him well here. He knows most people up north are warm, he knows life is hard in our part of the world. He will make sure the players need to understand what being in a town like Burnley means.

Most of us are not that demanding. We're not like Londoners who boo their own players after five minutes.

I really like this man and hope he's at TM for a long time to go.
