Using Chrome, NowTV.com lets me log in, lets me select the Everton game, goes to the right URL, then just black screens me.

It works fine in chromes porn, I mean incognito mode, though.

Have you got a vpn on ? it won’t let you watch with it on.

Either shut the computer down or unplug the router and then login again or both. If that fails use their customer service.

Or update flash although I think it’s in the browser these days. Look for an update for chrome in the browser settings if you’ve never done it.
