A good friend of mine reminded me that on this day the ball boys ran into the circle and waved to the four corners of the ground. It was full of Leeds fans that day who weren't generous with their applause. In case you're wondering why this event happened and continued for a number of years is because we were waving to Ted Heath in the Bob Lord Stand and instructed to wave to all the other sides of the ground so as not to show any favouritism to the Bob Lord Stand

Ted Heath trying to gain votes I suppose, He owned a couple of nice yachts moored on the Solent, Morning Cloud was the name of one of them.
