Not expecting much from PNE tbh, they're pretty poor.
Be surprised if R*vers go away empty handed.

Still, it's a local derby so you never know.

Preston down to ten as a Greenwood lunge gets him sent off.

PNE have been bloody awful so far. Created nothing, not had a shot and now down to ten.

Two good saves right at the end of the half.
A shame really.

How the hell did that lot manage to get a point at Turf Moor ????

Two really terrible teams. At least one of them two will drop this season.

A dull half of football, save for the last five minutes or so when it finally sprung into life.

At the time our players hadn’t been properly introduced to each other yet, probably played a part in the result.

PNE been a lot better (relatively) with ten men.

Greenwood looks like a DH and proved himself worthy of his DL pedigree.

Rovers look the stronger but then NE had two good efforts at the end.

Potts looks a decent player. Strong FB.

Hopefully a Rover will get sent off otherwise they'll win.

The Japanese lad looks useful.

Terrific stuff from t’Roverrrrrs this season - they’ll be telling the parable of the 1-1 draw at Turf Moor and 0-0 draw at ten man Preston for a long time in Darwen.

And below us they stay.

This games not had much "bite" in it (apart from a gazillion yellow cards and 2 straight reds)

Good second-half. I thought PNE defended very well but Rovers blew it. Which is nice.

Was the ref we had at Luton. Thought he had a decent game. Both red cards deserved especially as one was for a DL player and the other for a Rovers bloke.

He did, however, miss out on Osmajic's assault on Beck but there you go.

I hope Scott Parker was taking notes on the ‘dark arts’ on show today. Rovers are no shrinking violets but Preston had more bite.

Maybe he did maybe he didn't but that photo isn't conclusive either way. if somebody's sinking teeth into your flesh you don't look like beck in that picture.

He was just getting his jaws in position in that frame, run it on and there is no doubt.

That Beck is a right nasty little Kent, so good enough for him. He did blast the ball right at the Knobbers who was lying prone on the deck, so a justified red for me. Two pi*s poor teams though.

Yes I thought he was a bit rough on Koloeosho so I'm glad to see he got his comeuppance today. He was looking for trouble throughout this game but the player that started that ruckus was Cantwell I think, who is no saint.

Koleosho was nullified by fair means. If he has been bitten I hope the culprit gets dealt with appropriately. Instances like this for me rivalry goes out of the window providing it can be proven that he was bitten.

Pretty sure Preston like to refer to us as "dingles" as well as their opponents today. Looking at that picture there certainly looks to be candidates for extra's for Emmerdale.

You maybe need to see the actual video of it. its on social media. He 100% bit him, quite horrifying to watch tbh. I hope they give him a lengthy ban for that.

I know that I saw it after but that still doesn't confirm he was bitten on a 100% basis. Players are well known for play acting & faking. It's easily proven if he's been bitten he'll have marks.
