You could have Breaking into Heaven, it's over 11 minutes. Although the first four are weird jungle noises.

Diamond dogs from the album of the same name
Not 10 minutes but I always remember it being the longest track on the album and much longer than you usually get for a Bowie track.
So much to digest in the track - crazy lyrics as per usual !!….but great key changes, guitar solos etc

I would have said Echoes Floyd, but Overture on Rush 2112 (20mins) is bloody glorious and of course Led Zeppelins Stairway to Heaven , whilst a bit short at 8mins is fantastic.

One of my favourite earlyish 1970s albums was "On the Road" by Traffic. A full double album with only 7 tracks- 4 of which are over 10 minutes. Ive still got my copy.
Freedom Rider (20.49), Light Up or Leave Me Alone (10.30), Low Spark of High Heeled Boys (17.35) but my favourite was always (Sometimes I Feel So) Un-Inspired (10.20).
Steve Winwood all of c 25 then but well into his career.
