No Worrall and Sarmiento starts for Anthony. No Flemming. Lightweight bench too

Slightly uneasy about the back four. Have to see how we get on but doesn't look ideal. Flemming possibly ill? and Worrall?

We'll be lucky to get anything from today with this team. Why are we having so many injuries, Connor Roberts was close last week so what happened.

I’d imagine Humphreys will start at right centre back.

Seriously frustrating we still can’t see Foster and Flemming together.

Egan hasn't played for a long time due to his injury. He is probably going to build his match time up.

At the U21s at Leyland on Tuesday one of the youth players sat in the stand watching said something about Worral breaking his foot….I dismissed it at the time thinking I’d misheard….but now?

Someone said they had heard a whisper that Worrall had broken his foot. Just a rumour so nothing confirmed.

Surely Egan wouldn’t be on the bench if he wasn’t fit. Humphreys is a centre back so we should be ok.

Absolutely must buy a full back or 2 in January.

Really surprised there's no Flemming. He did the interview the other day and no mention of an injury then, so possibly sickness? (Pure speculation).

Looking at this thread the match is already done and dusted.

It’s a strong starting 11 and options on the bench

Esteve and Humphreys is a perfectly good pairing at this level, not really understanding all the panic.

So having 3 left footers at the back is nothing to worry about?

Humphreys played right back at Leeds and didn’t look out of place so him playing right side of the back 4 being mainly left footed isn’t a problem

The lineup is fine! Disappointing flemming not involved but Oxford would chew your arm off for that 11

The amount of long term injuries we have, and then the frequency we seem to pick up injuries, is ridiculous.

Not compared to 3 right legged donkeys!

What's the diff between 3 right footers and 3 lefties?

Oxford have shown to be very strong at home so far, so keep it tight and get at them on the break with pace.

Slightly strange starting line up and obviously disappointing that Flemming isn’t available.

That being said, we should still be too strong for Oxford and I’m expecting a performance and result today.

I hope it's not true about Joe but if I had to choice I'd rather have Maxime playing.

Any team with Luka and Sarmiento in it has a chance.

Dyche's squads seemed pretty injury beset, but the current crop are making it look like Dyche was running a health farm in comparison.
