Bit of help required please, I ordered 2 extra tickets for the Preston game and they came on email as digital tickets how do I forward them to the people I bought them for. Thanks

The QR codes should be at the bottom of the email. If they are,just forward it to them and they can download them to their phone but if there aren't any QR codes then you'll need to contact the TO

I forwarded the Email when I got a ticket for my friend Andy (used to sit next to me but moved back south after his marriage went t*ts up) last season at Palace ... he used it from the email.

Cheers forwarded the email waiting for a reply to see if it's worked, by the way no qr code just the option to download to wallet

That's what I meant

My lad's season ticket hasn't arrived yet so I just screenshot the QR code and send it via messages.

Slightly off topic but a big thumbs up for the ticket exchange, can't go on against pne so put my ticket on the exchange, sold in 1 day.
