Similar message on Chrome saying site license expired
Not technically competent enough to know what it means but says someone may be trying to steal my details etc

The ssl certificates expired. Not sure why. I've updated them. should be ok until this time next year but it seems to still not be 100%.

It looks like the license on the software that automatically updates the ssl certificate had expired. It should now be fixed.

Iโve just had it 10 mins ago. I opened a new tab but it kept coming back up. Itโs the same wording but in a different format. Just allowed me back on with a new tab now, hence this post.

Its OK CT would have used his obligatory phone call wisely ... and called Pushpinpussy (assuming ppp isn't in Spain on holiday that is)

Type MMC into your search box. Select File and then Add/Remove snap in and then choose certificates you will see a list of certificates held on your local PC.
SSL certificates are a pain in the backside particularly on systems where clients have to talk to servers and SSL certificates being out of date does happen quite often. Just one of those things.
