It is, awful news.
Tributes coming in from the music world, a really likeable guy by all accounts.

RIP.

Dreadful news. Such a talented young man. I feel so sorry for his family, especially his young son.

Very sad, the circumstances surrounding his death suggest he was very troubled. Wealth and fame cannot overcome mental health issues. RIP.

Not the time or place but I watched an interview with him recently and he certainly didnt come across well when discussing his old band. That being said, drugs may have played a part at the time.

Another case of a singer going off the rails and very little being done to help him. It's a dark industry.

Tragic to check out like this , though the former boyband booze hound has had well documented problems , no age at all though .

Ironically it often appears that wealth and fame are actually the root cause of mental health issues for some.

I’ve stumbled across a few videos/interviews online of him over the past month or two, got the sense he was mentally spiralling. I can imagine reaching that level of fame so young would melt a lot of people’s brains tbh.
