When he's on his game, I like the guy, but when he acts like he did towards the end of the game it annoys me, so it must really wind up opposition fans and players. He's only inviting the ref to card him for delaying the game, as in, kicking the ball away after a foul.

Why get annoyed on the oppositions behalf? Every team needs someone with a bit sh!thousery, I loved Barnes for it!

Connor is great.
Really glad he’s back in the team (although I’d have loved to have kept Vitinho).

He takes pressure off the right winger by overlapping on the inside and gets into the penalty area .

I really wasn't a fan of Roberts that first season we had him in the Premier League, but he was one of our very best players in the last promotion campaign and I hugely warmed to his personality. He is a player you enjoy if he plays for you, a total wind up merchant. We are a far stronger side with him in it, that's for sure.

A good player at this level with lots of experience and passion. Not sure you can ask for much more.

Just wish we hd a left back to match him. He gives his all every game but it sometimes overflows with his behaviour.

He's great at winning free kicks- the best in the team.

Anyone who thinks Vitinho is better than Roberts at Right Back shouldn't be taken seriously.

Roberts is an integral part of the team at this level. He's a bit like Brownhill in that regard. They both sit in that grey area between the Championship and the Premier League. It's likely Roberts would start for every team in this division, such is his experience and quality.

with Roberts and Flemming in the team it feels more like us. Add in Hannibal and we will be the lost hated team in the league

Loved Barnes from first day, until the last. Love Flemming, love Hannibal. Love Roberts most of the time, but his impression of Frank Spencer on Saturday for some reason wound me up and I loved Frank Spencer as well. Lol.
