Builder recommendations for annex

Post by Steddyman » Fri Oct 25, 2024 2:08 pm

After my success of finding an eletrician via UTC (thanks CT), I thought I would try again with a bigger request.

I'm considering replacing my double garage (asbestos, but ignore that bit) with an outbuilding for my lad who is outgrowing his room and has some special needs. I've looked at temporary garden annexes with plumbing, but the costs start at about £50k which seems extreme.

I had a quote quite a few years ago to replace the garage with one with cavity wall insulation for a lot less than that, though no plumbing. There are already good electrics to the garage though. The water main is fairly close to the garage.

Does anyone have a recommendation for reasonably priced builders who have delivered similar building projects and are reliable (seems a lot to hope for)?

Many thanks

Search Pete Martin building services on Facebook.
He will have plenty of his work on there.

Seems to do plenty of extensions etc..
