No seating plan showing for me. Is this the same for everyone else?

Have got > 2,000 points but still saying not available....

Also couldn't order Collect. Anyone else couldn't?

Refreshed the randoms eat allocator that much that it blocked me and thought i was a BOT so had to buy on another device and go with what i was given. Just when you thought things may be improving...

Currently they are trying to do post online only and if you want to do collection, you would need to purchase in store.

Just been on for 2 tickets, saying row 25 seat 739 with only the one block available………..sounds like they’re miles back……

Tho maybe not a bad thing…….

Goes back to row 38 at Stoke - we were on row 17 last time and far too close to the front for us

Had to try my registered card 3 times before it was accepted, as above I'm on row 25 an all, so anyone else on there better behave

Anyone had their loyalty points added for Stoke? Ive had to email them several times this season as points have often not been added, they have then made a manual adjustment.

Not yet. I don’t think they get added as quick with this new system.

As the previous post says, they seem to be added later than on the purchase date at the moment. I still haven't had mine added for Millwall yet.

It is hit and miss, my Millwall (and Bristol) were added same day of purchase.

I've just had to email them to have mine added & they did so within the hour.

Not sure if there will be more should we need them but derby had over 3k there recently.

Possibly should be section 37 yet

Tickets arrived today. Thought we were on row 15 but tickets have come and we’re on row 32.

Really hope we sell out

Does anybody know if we've had extra tickets for this? Bit surprised if we're struggling to sell 2500 for a Saturday afternoon game.

I booked row 25 but received block 34 tickets

anyone know how many we have sold, used to like checking the seating plan, but no such luck these days.

This team whilst it's doing very well just doesn't seem marketable at all. It's night and day in terms of fan engagement compared to the Kompany season

I’ve been looking fairly regularly and yesterday afternoon when I did a dummy booking of three seats non were available. You could buy singular and two together. I tried an hour later and singles weren’t even available.

They may well have some at the ticket office.

Coz the media team is too busy making dull interviews with players and loads of other irrelevant, sponsored social media posts. They don't have time for actual communication to the fans!

Just a heads up for anyone who ordered 'Collect' tickets. There are quite a few waiting to be picked up at the TO.

That didn't say they would be taken off sale so early, it just stated when the last postal date was.

Tickets were still on sale online up to and including today. When I clicked on the page selling Stoke tickets this dinner time it appeared they had sold out. Luckily I refreshed twice and one appeared for me to buy for a friend.

Others will go on to buy a last minute one possibly after recent results, see the same message and think that there luck is out not knowing some are still available to buy at the ticket office.

There was a collection option for Stoke. So you should be able to order online up to Friday

Firstly, Received my Five tickets through the post with no barcode scan on so went down to the club to get this sorted out. I then received 5 different tickets from the club. Yesterday I then received 5 different tickets through the post. This on top of the 5 they have already swapped so now have 10 in total at my house. With all 15 tickets having different seat numbers. Anyone else having this much issue with tickets? 3/4 times I’ve had this from the club and it’s frustrating as I would rather just pick up my tickets from the club when ready.
