Next 2 Fixtures Puts us at a Disadvantage

This week
West Brom played on Friday and we Played on Sunday
Then
Swansea are playing tonight and we are playing 2 days later in the Thursday
So both appositions have 2 extra days of rest and prep over us
They say it evens itself out but that to me is a bit ridiculous
How do they work that out ?

As the Duke says, after a defeat like that I'd be wanting to be out the day after to put things right. Can easily be switched into a positive.

The lads forgot how to play football after 7 mins rest according to Scott. The other 2 teams having an extra days test puts us at a serious disadvantage

We had an extra days rest before the Millwall game compared with most other teams who had to play on Saturday

It's basically all down to mindset, not a day less or more rest

Everyone's going to play 46 games over the same period, it'll even out. No excuses to be found there really.

Would be interesting to see some stats on results when this happens
