Gyokeres' goal scoring and assists
record since joining Sporting has been phenomenal.
Something like a goal a game I think.
And two or three of the big Premier league clubs are showing an interest in him.
And when we were supposedly interested in him some on here were saying they didn't rate him and not worth the 20M or whatever fee was being talked about then.

Nail on the head which makes our over defensive approach laughable and we saw that under VK - loads of teams had chances against that team but couldn't take them - nothing much to fear in this league

I mentioned Seymour Armstrong when he was at QPR. Rough diamond but big and strong with pace to burn. Good coaching and he’ll make a player.

Harrison Burrows is a player I highlighted about signing for left back after his outstanding League One season, shame we didn’t bother and ended up with a pretty average looking Pires instead.

Sheffield Utd have made some great signings . Their keeper Cooper, Burrows and Soutter have really tightened up their defence and Hamer and Souza are two formiddable midfielders
