Just spoke to my sheff weds mate & utd charged them £43 last week, so maybe we have got off lightly.

The clubs tend to need money from ticket sales more than those in the Premier league, so they will put them up when demand could be high, can't blame them. The only time they'll stop, is when fans refuse to buy them. The turn out at sheff Wednesday showed demand is there.

Clubs will charge what folk will pay to watch football. If you feel it is too expensive/not VFM , don’t pay the prices on offer.

It is a dilemma, Sheff Utd is probably my favourite away trip, particularly as it's on Boxing Day. But I'm totally against this sort of pricing at football, especially in the 2nd division. If I pay it, then I'm part of the reason they charge it.

I'm taking the daughter and when you factor in Mini Bus costs, food/drink, tickets it will be knocking on £200 for the day out. While not quite what Sheffield United are charging, this is what we are charging Middlesbrough fans for a Friday night game.
Adult: £35
Over 65: £28
Under 22: £28
Under 18: £18
My order for 2 adults, 2 seniors and 1 under-22 at Sheffield United came to £160. For a Middlesbrough fan coming to Burnley it comes in at £154.

With it being on TV, no trains i don't think there'll be the mad rush for tickets there might have been in previous years. Spending boxing day in the pub is always tempting.

I'm sure Burnley said that they offered the £30 reciprocal arrangement to all clubs.

I don’t like how the club is now charging £1.50 for postage with no option to collect.
I always collect as they are liable to send them to my old address. Will have to hope I get them this time!
