Definitely a character was Phil , Most Sundays having a laugh under the Culvert. Must have been a warrier in his day to fight Henrey Cooper.

Definitely was a character was Phil , Most Sundays having a beer and a laugh under the Culvert. Must have been a boxing warrior in his day.
