Surely 'the longest season' was 2019-20, the COVID season, 10th August to 26th July albeit with an interlude from the 7th Match to the 22nd June.

Thanks ,I’m just lazy and hope that it’s interesting enough people will work it out for themselves I can just about programme a Firestick.

2018/19 was longer than 1946/47 too because of the Europa League qualifiers

How old did footballers look in them days? Todays players look like kids compared to them.
