Right - I bought tickets for the Derby game back in July (as soon as the tickets became available).

I can now no longer see any tickets in my account with Burnley - no trace of purchase in the Purchase History section. I've checked with my Ticketmaster account and there's no tickets there either.

All the phone numbers for the club are engaged.

The only proof I have is the credit card debit on my statement back in July when I bought the tickets.

If any of you guys have any helpful - or indeed, not helpful but funny, as I could really do with a laugh right now - tips on how I might sort this out, I'd be very appreciative.

PS Never had this problem before in all my years of coming to Turf Moor (although I only manage a few games a season and this is my first trip this season)

Phonelines will be busy with Rovers tickets.

They will sort it easily when they have time.

Relax and try again later or go down before the game.

Had a similar problem v Swansea last month.
Rang and told to go the ticket office before KO.
Went in 2.20pm, no queues, attentive staff, ticket issued and out 2 mins later.
No problem.

I'll try calling again later (when the Rovers rush has died down). I've dug out confirmation email (from Ticketmaster which has the seat numbers etc) so I think I'll be able to sort it.

Might also have a QR code on that confirmation , just might have to 'download all images' when you go into it
