Ticketing - Network?
Ticketing - Network?
I’m trying to buy 2 tickets for Rovers away. The website is asking me to assign the second ticket to a member? The ticket is for my wife. She’s on the website under friends and family but I’m guessing that not what they are referring to?
Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi SPC&G, are you ST holder with >2,000 points - or a Platinum member? Platinum members can buy 2 tickets for away games. ST holders can only buy today for other ST holders >2,000 points. If you are Platinum Member then you need to allocate both tickets in the Platinum Member's name/Clarets number.SPC&G wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 7:01 pmI’m trying to buy 2 tickets for Rovers away. Good luck.

Hi Paul
I’m a season ticket holder with 2000+ points. I’m guessing because my wife isn’t a season ticket holder I can’t get her a ticket. Thanks for your reply.

Re: Ticketing - Network?
The club used to state 2,000 but now appear to have changed that to over 2,000.

Do they actually state that anywhere Tony?
My friend has exactly 1900 points and was hoping to get a ticket on Tuesday morning.

2000+ would include 2000 thoughClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2024 11:16 pmThey do. On the ticketing site it currently says 2000+ points
If it was to be more than 2000 it should either say >2000 or 2001+

Worth a phone call to the ticket office. The rules that have been applied have probably been set up incorrectly. I would expect 2000+ to include 2000. I expect they actually want greater than or equal to 2000 rather than greater than 2000
