Humphreys LCB or RCB? As he's a LCB according to Parker.

Looks like Humphries in as CB with Steeeve

Pires and Roberts either side

Koleosho out, Flemming as striker.

No Redmond on the bench again. He must have had a set back.

Brownhill as a 10. Would have been good to see Fleming as a 10 behind Jay Rod.

Good to see Tresor and Benson back earning their wages again.

Little worrying Redmond is out again. Hopefully a minor issue.

Probably a good idea to rest Luca.

We are really going for it tonight with two strikers on the bench and Flemming up top again.

I’m really not liking Flemming as a 9.

Should have thrown The Hound in tonight.

Would like to see Hout up front and Flemming where he is supposedly best.

He obviously doesn't think Hountondji is good enough so why put him on the bench. Tonight might have been a good night to try him and put Flemming behind him.

Leading scorer in at 10 isn't too bad though. Flemming behind Jay might have to wait until a cup game.

Agree

Jay is not the answer at No 9 in an ideal lineup
And neither is Brownhill the best as a No 10
Plus Flemming was not played as a No 9 by Millwall but as a No 10

Just don't get these formations from Parker when other, untried, options are available

It’s bloody freezing mate.

But it’s not raining, which is good for Burnley.

Are we certain Brownhill is playing ten?

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Laurent

3 defensive midfielders at home to Derby
Sometimes it's hard to be excited about a Parker formation.

I'll take that bet.
Never in a month of football will he score 2, never mind 3, whilst playing out of position.
I'm really disappointed with his performances this season, but it's not all his own fault.

Formations are surely tried on the training ground and SP goes with the formation that works best with the opposition in mind.
