I couldn't see properly, but it all looked a bit unsavoury.
I don't want us to get involved in that sort of nonsense, there's been a lot of it recently.

Parker was extremely quick to move in and push our players away, looking disappointed that he had to get involved. We cant afford suspensions right now

Not sure but looked like Koleosho and one of theirs having words and then being bundled away ... Koleosho was getting quite a lot of hammer during the match ... so might have been connected.

Hannibal would cause a row in an empty phone box.

It was Josh Laurent’s celebrations that started it all

Of course, some people on here would believe it was our fault. You only have to see the matchday threads to know that!

Was it caused by the cringeworthy garbage the team does with the fans at the end of matches? It doesn’t my head in and I’m a Burnley fan. It’s so fake. Like the “let’s hear it…for Burnleeeeeeeey” from the goon with microphone at home matches.

What a load of nonsense, the players going over and showing their appreciation to the fans that have made that mammoth journey on a Sunday should be applauded not ******* ridiculed.

I like the passion including the fracas. What I don’t like is a “don’t give a toss” attitude.
As for Hannibal, his energy and enthusiasm helped turn the game our way today.

Whopper of a post. Yeah Mr Shouty at the Turf has his own threads for being cringeworthy and annoying.
The players celebrating with fans who get to look forwards to another 5.5 hours on the coach home is class. Certainly at a really tough place to go. We've all been to away games where the team comes over and shows their appreciation and says thanks.
I like it when they do tbh.

Shouldn't happen but the longer teams remain on the pitch after the final whistle the more likely it will.

Good to see the players enjoy a win.
Laurent especially seems to enjoy it.
When we are told there is a disconnect between the fans and players it makes a difference.

I think it was over their 21 KAIDE
GORDON spitting on Josh Laurent after he was holding the ball in the corner. Didn’t see the incident but it’s what Norwich fan told me after the game.

Not sure why the Norwich players were still in the pitch, one nil up and just lost their first game at home to a (according to reports) really poor Burnley team with an inept manager), they should have been straight down the tunnel!

Read some pretty awful, negative posts on here this year but this could take the 2024 prize for finding a negative in a positive.
The way our players celebrate with our fantastic away support is always brilliant to see.

Effectively nothing happened. What the TV pictures showed was Hannibal having a jawing match with one of theirs followed by half a dozen or more Norwich people in their winter coats (ie. not the XI who finihed the game) advancing on the Burnley group while the Burnley group (with Parker present) retreated to avoid trouble.

Lost to Bristol City recently>Their home record includes a lot of draws but as far back as December 2023 thus is their second home defeat-not sure about the rest of last season. Rover were the last team to beat them in November 2023 before Bristol City.

Think it all stemmed from the incident near the end when we had the ball near their corner flag. Hannibal was clearly fouled but the referee chose to ignore it and give them a throw (which was taken nowhere near the incident). The 21 leant over and either spat (as mentioned by someone on here) or was gobbing off big time in Hannibal’s face.

Scotty didn't want his £4k jacket getting ruffled in the fracas.

Norwich we’re just being what my cockney mate would describe as soppy sods
Trouble at the final whistle is bad enough but for them to hang around and continue their shenanigans as we went back to the tunnel is only down to them not us

Thats what I saw too ... Koleosho was kicking off at something and was being led away by one of our lads as Scott P inteevened and ushered everyone off.

I thought Norwich were over physical at times especially towards Anthony, Koleosho and Hannibal.
2nd half Anthony had a word with their lad who looked very young after a tackle which he won but could have unnecessarily hurt Anthony. I think they were looking for a reaction.

It was strange how Norwich seemed to be doing a lap of applause after losing from 1-0 up. Seemed like they were trying to agitate us in an attempt to get a reaction. Very sore losers. We have some young players and a couple with hot heads, and other teams might try this in an attempt to get one of us sent off.

Norwich are a strange side for me ... They obviously have a dedicated fan base and they obviously sell out becuase the season next to our away fans were sold out so they must have been sold to walk ons
But they have zero identity and character for me
What are they ?
Apart from 'Lets be Avin You !'

There seems to be an odd culture there, Angus Gunn has just been charged by the FA for an incident 'in the tunnel' against QPR.

Looks like he's 12 but made some top tackles.
Just checked: they bought him from Bromley in summer 2023 for a reported £100,000. That's some going from the National to the Championship =.
