Presume he’s injured. Not seen him for a while.

He will be permitted to play but he can’t leave Stockport until the window.

First time I've seen Micky Mellons name for a while Tony.
I know he scored a good few on loan last season, I presume he's been injured this, or have I just been sleep walking through the site.

Last time he played in the league was 26 October (sub).

Last time in the squad was in the FA Cup on 30 November but didn't come on.

Only made two sub appearances for Stockport in the league, both in October. Started the FA Cup game against Forest Green but off after half an hour and a sub appearance a week ago in the Trophy against Bradford City. That’s been it for him.

Half way through the first half and not much in terms of chances either neither keeper having a save to make.

Superb ball from Richardson sent Veevers clear. Goalkeeper saved his shot but Westley in to convert the rebound.

Mellon through for second time and dragged back. This time the ref has given a free kick and carded the Hull player.

After a quiet start we’ve been much the better side. And I’m still stunned we didn’t get that penalty.

Proving to be an amazing season for this team . What CT do you think is the main reason-coaching, quality of individual players, recruitment ??. Would appreciate your views as someone who I guess sees them play quite often

Probably the strongest squad we’ve had at this level but whoever plays in each game it seems to work so that’s a lot down to Faz & Jack Cork. It’s a big squad too that might now be reduced because some of these players are going to be going out on loan.

But another really good performance tonight.

Cheers CT-makes sense. Lovely to see Cork having an impact too. Lets hope we can keep him at our club

Is there a big difference in level vs PL2?

Do you think we’ll be competitive at that level if we regain Cat 1?
