Hi, I’ve recently been in hospital and unable to pick up my ticket. I was going to get it tomorrow but strangely I’ve seen the club shop is open but not the ticket office. I have proof of purchase (order confirmation) has this happened to anybody else will someone from the shop not be able to get them for me as they should still be sat there in the ticket office.

Wouldn't have thought that the Club shop staff would be able to help you, unfortunately.

Today was last day for Sheff U ticket collections.

The club said the ticket office was open from 10 until 2 but then bizarrely added it would be closed from 12:30 to 2.

I went over for my Sheffield tickets on Tuesday. The ticket office was closed but the club shop said just go to the ticket office at Sheffield United.

I've got a confirmation email so just going to show them that.
