It needs to be after the window shuts so a proper assessment of our boards promotion ambition can be done.

Isn't it still an opt out scheme where you automatically get renewed unless you've stated otherwise?

For direct debit, yes. As per the article linked above

Does that mean we can renew from new year’s day and have until the 31st of Jan to do so? As usually the ticket office aren’t giving us much information.

How much more information would you like?

It tells you the offer is available throughout January, and the ways you can renew. The prices are the same as this season, so I'm not sure what else they could say.

Can it be renewed at the ticket office, or is it online only?

Does anybody know how to do this. All I get offered on the Ticketmaster site is Ticket Exchange. See nowhere to renew Season Ticket. Help anyone!

A link to the actual prices off the web page would be useful.....

I pay for 4 tickets with 3 changing prices and I've no idea what the new ones will be.

Does it tell you that though ?
My season ticket is not even in my account let alone any details about my renewal even though I’ve even a season ticket holder for decades.
Let’s not pretend that the ticketing system or website are up to scratch just because they are freezing season ticket prices.

Have you asked the ticket office? Or just waiting for someone else to do it for you?

You do get that it’s us giving them our money?

The ticket office is now very restricted in it’s opening times and getting them to answer the phone or emails seems sporadic.

It’s not too much to ask how much, when are they on sale and how do I buy them? On a web page, so we can reference it, and not tie up an obviously overstretched resource even more. Selling tickets to fans should be the number one off pitch priority for a football club.

I did see our Director of Strategy, Hamish Wilson left to join Saracens a couple of months ago. He oversaw Ticketing as part of his responsibilities . Not sure that role has been replaced.

The article seems to contradict itself:

"The offer is initially open to all current season ticket holders throughout the month of January 2025. They will be able to purchase using the Direct Debit auto-renew option or by logging in to Ticketmaster to pay for next season upfront.

If you pay by Direct Debit, your season ticket will be automatically renewed for the 2025/26 season on Monday 3rd February 2025."

The first paragraph says you need to use the auto-renew option but the second says they will be automatically renewed, suggesting you don't need to do anything.

Have you ever rang the ticket office ?
There is a much better chance of someone like Leisure knowing the answers than the ticket office.

Where do you think he gets his info from?

Quite often he says " I've just spoken to the ticket office"
It's just some people would rather moan than actually try ringing themselves.

What's with the attitude? I'm a man in his 70s who isn't very good with the Internet, but I do know that most people on here are really helpful.
Therefore, I thought I would ask about getting my season ticket in the ticket office, as I simply don't understand what I need to do with ticket master.
I rang the ticket office but as yet, no one has picked up.
One day, you will need assistance with things. I hope you get a better response than yours.

So went to this page:

https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/con ... ext-season

And then clicked the link at the bottom "Season tickets 2024/25" (guess this should be 25/26)

https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/mor ... icket-2425

Get an OOPs page not found error

Also if you go to "Tickets" in the top left it takes you to the ticketing site
https://www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc? ... =Ticketing

but none of the options in here are linked to season tickets.

Has anyone been through the online site yet and bought a season ticket? if so do you have a link that works? Lol

Where have we been told the 6th Jan? The article linked above says “The offer is initially open to all current season ticket holders throughout the month of January 2025.”

<checks date> So we should be able to do it now??

And that is exactly the problem Pete. Why not just put it on the website and not rely on word of mouth or back channels for this info.

Fully agree but it's not the fault of the TO staff, it's website management/whoever is responsible for communication and supporter information.

Yep, as I mentioned further up Hamish leaving might have stopped departments working together??
