Pulling that move off five minutes before the end of the game three days before our biggest derby.
Will get a lengthy ban and deserves it for that. Absolute moron. Yet some idiots clapped him off.

Come on, he can learn he's still young.
Heeds a b0llocking and needs to apologise to the group. Then we can move on.

He let himself down, he let everyone down. It's really poor but far better players than him have done it. Up to him to learn, if he does it again that's a different story. Made no difference today, we were dog poo.

He’s not the first to do some daft like that it’s nothing too far out of the ordinary but the Stoke guy should have had a 2nd yellow 2 mins earlier and then that wouldn’t have happened .

Hannibal may be young but this is how he has played for most of his career. He had a reputation as a player who played very, very close to the edge and could be a loose cannon. I remember a few games this season where he left something on someone and were VAR to review it he'd probably have seen red.
Attitude and temperament is the hardest thing to coach out of players. It's why many 'next big thing' players don't make it (the perfect example being Ravel Morrison).
It's highly unlikey this will be coached out of him. Had it been he'd likely not be at loan with us but playing at a higher level. So far this season we have indulged his edgy attitude (winding up the crowd etc and some of those tackles). However, this is the other side of the coin.
On a personal note any player treading/stamping on a player and in particular that area of the body disgusts me.

Showing the trait that will hold him back in his career. Needs to get a royal bollocking from the staff and his teammates for this. If he can shake that off and grow up then he could be a fantastic player, however he’s let himself , and everyone around him down today with a pathetic and cowardly act. On the eve of the derby it’s absolute lunacy….

He will get a bollocking from his manager & teammates, then someone will say the Stoke players wife will have to go short tonight then the matter is done and dusted.
He will come back wiser & ready.

Defend him or not, but for me it shows a total lack of control and intelligence and thought for his team mates, when todays games are scrutinised so heavily by cameras. Imagine if this had been one of the play-off games. At least it makes Parkers selection easier for the next 3 games

Pointless signing, using him out of position because he isn't trusted in his natural position when the money could have been used for an out and out winger or striker

To me, it's one of those things that happens coz he's got some deep-rooted psychological issue that needs addressing. Why did Suarez bite someone in the heat of the moment? Obviously, the gravity of this is much less, but something triggered him to run onto his chest rather than jumping over him, which he could easily have done. I don't think it's a case of just stupidity - it'll be something deeper in his makeup and it needs sorting out coz he ain't got the quality of a Suarez, and he'll waste his career with further outbursts if he isn't careful.

Completely different. Ade came on as sub in his first game for us and was clearly over excited. He didn't have a reputation for being a prat unlike Hannibal who has always been like this and despite recent improvements couldn't seem to resist. Surely he should have learned by now. He's played some 70 matches.

He’s a moron and we all knew we were getting a moron when he signed. When he starts, we generally have had to take him off before he gets sent off. This has been coming since he ran 50 yards to stick his head in a players face at Leeds.
Thing is with this type of player, we’re all guilty of giving them leeway if they’re a decent player; if their contribution on the football side outweighs their moronic side. Hannibal’s has been negligible up to now. So far this guy has been a shi!t Joey Barton, which is a shame as he’s obviously got some talent. It’s unfortunate we’re stuck with him as we’re better off without players like that in our squad. He’s got a hell of a lot to do to turn it around.
