Egan-Riley’s magic
He wears a magic hat
If you chuck a brick at him
He’ll head the fecker back

Outstanding, as was Esteve. I laughed out loud when they had a 2 on 1 counter vs Esteve in the 2nd half, Esteve as cool as you like jogging backwards covering two positions and they passed it straight to him.

Can’t remember a Burnley player being able to hit long passes like that.

Hope we can get him to sign a new contract
He’s just going to keep getting better.

His positioning is incredible given his lack of career games, I'm sure Esteve talks him through some of it - we've been blessed with some great defenders over the years.

England U21 manager Lee Carsley was at the game.
Egan - Riley must have impressed him

Dave Thomas. And to an earlier poster: he could hit 60 yards passes to feet.

He’s now too good for England Under 21s.
Interestingly, he’s eligible for Republic of Ireland. I wonder if he’d be tempted.

Got to give Parker some credit for seeing something and giving him his chance! It’s certainly paid dividends.

I’ve given him 10/10 today. Don’t think I’ve ever given anyone 10 before.

Player of the season. The improvement he’s shown over the course of the season is incredible and a credit to Parker. Love the man and will be over the moon if he signs that contract!

I deducted him one point for nearly dropping his cigar and getting a little mud on his slippers.

The last month he has been better than Steve but how blessed we are to have these two at the heart of our defence. MoM again.

Said a couple of games ago his distribution is fantastic and his range of passing is sublime, not to mention his general positioning and defending he could of easily gone unnoticed if worrall didn't get injured , good luck to him he has a massive future in the game utc

Never seen a Burnley player improve so quick. From an ordinary defender to one of the stand out defenders in the division in less than 5 months
His distribution of long passes and reading the game today was outstanding

Rolls Royce, just does all the necessary stuff without fuss, or being noticed.
Hilarious when a horse fidler tried to have a pop at him and he just walked past smiling with his arms by his side, fabulous temperament too.
