How do you get away with such fragrant breaking of the shirt pulling rule. Flemming mist be invisible to the ref!
Disgrace

One player literally took Cullen’s shirt off at one point.

And one of their defenders was grabbing hold of Flemming's shirt in the penalty area. A nailed on penalty.

So what did referee do but give a free kick to Rovers

For whatever reason a lot of players don’t tuck their shirts in. Every player on the pitch in the Stoke match played with their shirts out. Which to me makes it easier for an opposition player to grab hold of. Wearing it in the shorts gives another player less opportunity to grab it. Plus it would be more obvious for referees to spot and maybe take action.
Perhaps it’s time players were made to have their shirts inside their shorts. Shirt pulling is cheating and it’s taken for granted and mostly ignored nowadays by referees.

I've said before that players should wear paper shirts. Obviously water proof, but it would be hard for the offender to deny when he's got some shirt in his hand

Didn't they have to tuck them in the shorts a number of years ago?
