I’ve just added 2 members to my friends and family account.
If the allocation for the Preston game is one ticket per clarets
number can I select 3 tickets and then assign 2 of the tickets
to my friends and family account.

Just an extra point, if you are buying tickets for other people that have enough points, you also need to have the required points yourself else you’ll be unable to access the site

We will all have the required points.
I’ve never used family and friends since the system changed.
Wasn’t sure what the procedure was for wanting 3 tickets when
the allocation will probably be one ticket per clarets number.
Will it put 3 in my basket and let me reassign them.

How do the digital tickets work at Deepdale? Are they similar to other grounds i.e. a QR code/apple wallet/Google wallet?

Does the digital tickets mean that they will get emailed out to the person with the Clarets Number or the person buying the tickets?
We had all sorts of problems last time they did this with out of date email addresses and not being able to find them and stuff.

Hard to say Spike.... we have over 16k season ticket holders. Would 1 in 3 wish to go to Preston? I know most of my mates are going, usually a good day out, just a shame it kicks off so early, which may put a number off.

i'll be suprised if this makes general sale
if it does, won't be there for long... whilst not the same level as playing them down the road
generally seen as less hassle and better day out due to abundance of places to drink etc

Apparently they are gonna be etickets, so same question as posed above. If I purchased over the phone for me and several other season ticket holders with appropriate points. Are the etickets sent to my email or to each individual member email address athat I have bought them for ?
Also when purchasing what info do I need for my friends apart from claret number I.e do I need their addresses, email address etc

I purchased 3 for Plymouth & they sent me an email with all 3 digital tickets attached to add to our Apple or Google play wallets on our phones. Thanks for quick reply. Not sure how the friends and family thing works. I just want to purchase 4 etickets over the phone for me and 3 mates that cant contact the club due to being at work. All 4 fans will have over 1400 points so likely to be wed when I contact club. Just wanted 4 etickets sending to either my email, or to the individual fans emails to save me having to send them on to them.. not sure what google wallets are, just a qr code ticket or barcode on my phone would do.
