As expected Shelvey and Edwards not starting but looking forward to hopefully seeing them at some point. Looking forward to this!

Could this be the day we see Flemming as a 10, with Foster up front, with Hannibal on the left wing?
(No)

Off to Celtic in the summer apparently.

Not good news about Brownhill and I don't think I'd be picking Foster after recent showings, but crikey, that team (and bench) should be strong enough to see off Oxford (if we're serious about going up!)

He might be, but right now he's had a knock.
I think it stems from a big collision with Ampadu in the Leeds game

I agree and think it will almost certainly be Hannibal playing #10 instead of Sarmiento unfortunately.

The personnel isn't the issue.

If Hannibal is on the left and foster and Flemming in their correct positions I don’t mind

Hoping Hannibal on the left and Flemming behind Foster but I expect Hannibal to play the Brownhill role.
He'll probably play a blinder after this next comment (fingers crossed) but Laurent shouldn't be starting if we have any hope for top two. Even if Shelvey isnt fit enough to start Id rather have Hannibal alongside Cullen and Sarmiento or Koleosho starting in the front four than start with Lauent

Hopefully its hannibal on the the left, foster up top, flemming in the 10.

Effectively the same team that failed dismally to impress at Pompey.

Hannibal in behind Flemming, with foster left and Anthony Right?
Hope it's actually as someone mentioned above. Flemming behind foster and let Hannibal go out on the left again.

More of the same team news. Probably the same result if there is no goal in the first half.
The manager is absolutely spineless. An even more defensive formation than the weekend. What a Whopper

We need an early goal in this one.
A couple of goals even better.

He has and he's been a great signing but he's better off from the bench to add some energy or tighten things up. I just think in Cullen, Brownhill, Hannibal and Shelvey we have 4 better options in central midfield and apart from him being more safe defensively I cant see how he starts above two of he rest
We're at a point in the season where we need to go for it a bit more and IMO Laurent is the epitome of go for it a bit less

That's what I hope, but I'm worried that Foster will be on the left and Hannibal behind Flemming, that would mean 3 of the 4 forwards are out of position.O that happens,it will be a long frustrating night

Has Hannibal shown anything to still be chosen in the forward midfield role? Do we really, against bloody Oxford at home, need that extra midfielder pressing from the front?
How about we try and create something! Hannibal has done OK on the left back n a couple of games, but I still think he’d be better played further back.

Shame Brownhill is still out but it's a strong enough XI.
It's all about the performance tonight, we really need to show that we can go for it, from the off and not just the last 10 mins.
Hopefully if we get a big enough lead we can get a few cameos from our new signings.

Well that saves me asking if you are coming down with Galway Utd to Cork City.
Enjoy your jollies and retirement.

We need to be all over this lot from the off. Press them, run at them and get them on the back foot. We need to start being ruthless and not showing teams a glimmer of respect. Ok. Team talk over.
