Leeds v Sunderland

Leeds win, draw, Sunderland win, all results could be argued to be good for us.
The reality is that we’re virtually guaranteed a play off spot so a Sunderland win would keep automatic promotion closest.

Draw for me.
A Sunderland win means they go level on points with us, draw means both
miss out on two points which could be vital, for them and us.
Still, we'll just have to work round whatever happens.

Agreed, Sunderland win is best

Draw keeps Sheff U and Leeds the same distance ahead before we go first on Friday.
Might all be irrelevant anyway if we continue to absolutely adore a 0-0.

Draw is best result for us, as only two points are dished out instead of three.
Our fate is in our own hands atm.

He also said that Burnley fans go home after a goal, because they know they aren’t going to score any more.

Was that DL fans chanting “stand up if you beat Milan”?
That was 1999, I think. What a dreadful 25 years they’ve had.

No it isn't, we need Leeds or Sheffield United to drop points.

I note that they have been allocated a Premier League referee in Stuart Attwell, albeit the original referee scheduled for this was Craig Pawson (also a Premier League referee) and he was dropped at the last minute because he is supposedly a Sheffield United fan.
Two questions arise :-
1. How can the EFL make such a ridiculous appointment as Craig Pawson in the first place if that is indeed his allegiance?
2. Why do these 2 get allocated Premier League referees (ignoring anyone's views on them both) for a televised game, yet we get a man for the 4th occasion this season who isn't fit to referee an u7's game, never mind a game at the second highest level of professional football in England?
I cannot fathom why Kitchen was given our game on Saturday - it's a televised local derby and they give us a referee who is, quite simply, not up to the job.

Even if Leeds lose this game they are still 4 points ahead of us with a vastly superior goal difference. Sheffield United are currently 5 points ahead and ,even if we beat them, would still be 2 points in front.

But Leeds and Sheff U have to play each other so one of them will drop at least 3 points or both of them 2. That brings it all a lot closer.

Absolute head scratcher... O'nien loves a bit of ****housery and Rodon appeared to be just as aggressive.

Genuinely think Sunderland are the best side in the league. Out of the other 3 we are set up the best but lack the quality of the others going forwards which will probably cost us.

Got to be a win for the Makems ,if we match their results we stay above them so every point that DL’s drop has got to be better for us.

Although they look very suspect at the back when put under pressure, as was the case against Plymouth & Watford at home recently.

Couldn’t agree more and watching these 2 playing tonight they’re both a lot more dynamic than us and Sheff Utd ,may be our best chance of us getting promoted is if they both go up and we bore everyone to death and win the playoffs.
