So, a Leeds win or a Draw on Monday?

Draw takes points off both teams, but a DL win puts Blades in closer reach.

What do we reckon?

Draw. Leeds always have a bad run at some point in this league.

Draw that’s two points each they won’t be able to get this season in the run in.

Match abandoned for match fixing and both docked 9 points works for me.

0-0 draw with both teams losing key players to injury will do me

Draw. Always a draw when these questions get asked. The least amount of points possible to rivals

Only chance we have of winning the league I think.

Draw please

If there has to be a win then Leeds, as we still have to play Sheff Utd so can (must) take 3 points off them.

On no account can Sheff Utd win.

A Sheffield United win won't be a good outcome at all.

Bit like Leeds beating Sunderland.

Leeds win would do.

But does a Sheffield win start the Leeds wobble?

Draws we will catch Leeds

I don’t think we’ll catch Leeds. Even a draw for them puts them five points clear of us, with a far superior goal difference, and they don’t look like slipping up.

Best we can hope for is second, so I’ll still want a Leeds win.

We've won this league enough times in the past decade, I'd take second, so I'm going for a Leeds win.

Don't get all this 'Leeds always have a wobble' different coaches and players they are going well, and still haven't scored against us this year.

Draw best. Then Leeds win. Best to stay in range of both, just in case.

0-0 or 1-1, but however it ends, we are still going up, hopefully as champions, but I'm not actually fussed, how we get promoted.

Leeds win as I don’t think we can catch them. They win and score with far more regularity than us.

A draw puts them 5 clear of us with a superior goal difference so a 2 game swing assuming we continue to win and they have only lost 3 out of 33.

Sheff have a tough run too, Leeds, an in form QPR away and then playoff chasing Bristol & Coventry as well as the Derby against Wednesday - they are catchable.

Not impossible, but statistically unlikely.

What's certain is we don't want a Sheff Utd win. By the time we play our next league game at Cardiff they could be potentially 8 pts clear and Leeds 7 (with a win over WBA). That's the worst case scenario psychologically with only a game in hand.

Leeds have had a consistently strong season and deserve to finish top. We only need to finish second for automatic promotion and a Leeds win will keep us just 2 points behind Sheffield. It’s going to be an interesting match!

Best to judge at the end of the season who deserves to finish top.

Why do they currently deserve to finish top when they have the same number of points as Sheffield United (-2 deduction).

The table never lies and they only deserve top spot if they get more points than anyone one else.

Sheff U win would be bad.

Anything but a sheff United win. I can see the positives in both a draw or a Leeds win.

There's no bad result really, but draw is the best as it spreads the fewest points around.

A draw it's better to have two teams to be able to catch than just one.The less points both clubs pick up the better

Yeah, but Leeds would only be 4 points ahead of us having suffered a demoralising defeat, and we know how fragile they can be.

While my preference would be a Leeds win I'm not going to be unduly bothered at the result because I'm expecting us to end the season strongly and get one of the two places

A Leeds win gives us much more chance of getting above Sheff U and claiming second place. We don’t need to win it done that got the t shirt!

Because they have scored so many goals. Not relying on 0,0 draws for their points.

The worry is that it may be in Leeds’ interest to lose the game as it would leave us further from an automatic promotion place.

Draw- Utd scoring in the 96th minute would hopefully kick start the annual Leeds wobble.

If Sheffield U don’t win and we match their results and beat them on the Turf we’re pretty well certain to go up ,if they win then it’s out of our hands.

I can see them taking a draw. Keeps them top and it’s another poly on the board. I don’t see how it’s in Leeds’ interests to lose though.
