In real terms, they are bottom of their league (only Celtic or Rangers are going to win the league).

He seemed to make some very strange decisions did Clement and never seemed a good fit.

He's objectively a poor manager when you look at his record.

Rocking up in an orange truck with a benchload of ex-teammates as his backroom staff and going on about the 'priviledge' of walking into that training facility smacks of someone whose gonna be big on chest-thumping and pride in the shirt at the expense of things like tactics and organisation.

Which is fine as far as it goes seeing as the last couple of 'just another team' managers they've had have died on their arses, but if it goes south in Europe and the last Old Firm of the season it's going to be a long couple of months for him.

He'll be fine whilst they're doing the bum-of-the-week arse kicking routine around ICT and/or similiar sides...Scooby Doo could probably keep them into the top two in that respect.... you just have to wonder if he'll hack it when faced with the two or three sides who might actually fight back.
