Can't argue with that team. If Humpreys was fit Id have him ahead of Pires and there's not much in it between Flemming and Foster but with the available players I reckon this is our strongest 11

I think that's the line up I'd have selected.

Can’t complain with that , leaves us a decent bench as well . Only really missing Bash Humph ( injury) Though no Shelvey on bench

That translates to:
Trafford
Roberts..CJER..Esteve..Pires
Brownhill…….Cullen
Edwards……Hannibal….Anthony
Flemming
Super side. COYC.

After last Sat you wouldn't call that a strong bench

I hope not as Brownhill needs to be the furthest forward of the three but I wouln't be surprised if you are right. If we get on top early hopefully they'll both be pushing forward and it won't matter

Any one or two of them is fine, the problem comes when they are all playing.

So obviously, This is our ‘game in hand’, need a win to stay close to the top two.
Saturday Sheff Utd play Preston at home, (hopefully a lose or draw for SU)
We play Luton at home
Sunday, DL play Portsmouth away (Can’t see DL losing)

We play twice before DL and could be only 2 points behind by the time they play again, might see them crack but I doubt it.

I'd still prefer 4 in midfield, but you can't complain about the line up.
All down to attitude now, I pray we set off at a fast pace, and keep it up until we score. The games where we start patiently are usually boring and self defeating.

A little surprised that Laurent doesn't start given he was rested on Saturday and we could have used his physicality but other than that no surprises.

Happy with the team (but Humphreys is a big miss imo) A couple of weeks ago I'd have been crowing over the strength on that bench, but having seen several of them on Saturday I'm just praying we don't need them!!!

Redmond seems to be totally out of the picture. It's not as though Sarimento and Koleosho have been consistently delivering/creating chances either.

Seem to have another commentator in the background on Clarets+ . Hopefully they will sort this out soon.

Presumably he's not at the level he was pre injury
