First win as Derby manager, couldn't have picked a better game. Apparently the horse botherers were waving toy snakes at him  Tops off a great day for us.

Chatting last night with a Rovers fan in the pub and he was gutted when Eustace left ... he said last night the stars were aligned for a Derby win 🙂 ...

One of the comments online during the game from a
R*vers fan was "Ismael makes Owen Coyle look like a tactical genius..."

Promising start.

A decent manager, very underrated by the great unwashed. I was glad he moved on as they could have made the playoffs

Blues have turned it round now and pretty much guaranteed promotion(money always helps) but I couldn’t believe it when they got rid of Eustace in the Championship.

From a family friend of Mr Eustace I heard that he wanted to stay at Rovers and push on for promotion from the play offs. In his time there, despite asking for a meeting with the directors he never met them. The main reason he left was when he asked for money and commitment if they went up the message from Venkys was there will be no investment.

That's exactly it. They did the same with JDT too. They don't want promotion and have shown this many times over the last 12 years. A disgraceful ownership that needs investigating.

The UK Government was very quick to step in and take Chelsea off Abramovic's hands. They need to do the same here with these bastards.

It doesn't matter if it's Blackburn or not. Any British football clubs being treated like crap and fans being taken for mugs like this, by clueless, arrogant, foreign owners that know zilch about the game need hurling out by senior authorities.

An absolute disgrace Venky's are to English football.

I think the Chelsea situation is a completely different to Blackburns, in fact there’s no comparison.

Did a good job at Birmingham who tanked after potting him and if I'm honest you'd say he did a good job getting that shower down the road punching well above there weight so was very happy when he moved on. Don't think they appreciated that they probably had as close to a solid championship manager as they've had in some time.
Toy snakes and chickens. You really have to laugh what the Venkys have turned this lot into 😂😂😂😂😂

Why would they not want promotion? There's a guy on the BRFCS forum who always peddles this line (it could be you, thinking about it) and it's nonsensical.

Why on earth would they not want promotion? I know it’s been a while since you lot played at the top level, but do you have any idea how much you get for promotion? It’s fortunes. Your nonsensical theory also doesn’t fit with the millions they have put into your club.

If they don't want promotion, they may as well close down their academy and save themselves millions of pounds a year.
